Soher Bishai, Executive Director

Soher joins Overlake Terrace with more than 13 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, improving and strengthening programs and supporting the staff and residents at Overlake Terrace. In her spare time, Soher enjoys traveling and cross-stitching.

Helga Johnson, RN Healthcare Services Director

Helga oversees nursing services, resident assessments, service plans, and the medication program at Overlake Terrace. She also assists with the coordination of resident move-ins, working directly with the residents and their families on a continuing basis. Helga is compassionate and has a joyous personality. She loves spending time with her Labrador "Danny," and is training him to be a field dog.

Barbara Boswell, Director of Marketing

Barbara comes to Overlake Terrace with ten years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Her passion for elders' quality of life drives her both professionally and personally. Barbara strongly believes in our philosophy of care, "People who care...caring for people." She is working to raise community awareness of Overlake Terrace as a wonderful lifestyle choice for elders. Barbara is a caregiver for her father, Tom and also has two dogs Coty and Alexi. In her spare time she enjoys going to bookstores, films, cycling and shopping.

Margo Milandin, Community Relations

Margo Milandin Leatham started at Overlake Terrace mid February 2010 in Community Relations. She graduated in Recreation Therapy and began her career in the retirement communities as an Activity Director for several years and has been working in Community Relations since 1998. As a fifth generation from San Francisco Bay Area, she moved to Woodinville in 1993. Her husband, two grown children and two grandsons all live in the Woodinville and Bothell area. She and her husband founded a 7 piece world ethnic band with all original music in which they finished their second CD in 2010 with the group www.ancientsounds.org, they perform all around the Seattle metropolitan area. Margo enjoys bicycling to work and throughout this great northwest and has been an avid Mountaineer.

Cheryl Hamilton, Activities Director

Cheryl has worked in Assisted Living for eight years. She has been a caregiver, activities assistant and now Activities Director. Cheryl attended university in Tennessee and lived in Canada for many years; she is married with two grown children and one grandson. Her sweet dog Pumpkin enjoys visiting with the residents at Overlake Terrace. Cheryl's smiling personality is well suited to her job of making our residents' lives fun and meaningful.

Elio Riccardi, Director of Dining Services

Elio joined Overlake Terrace with 30 years experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality business. Originally from Naples, Italy, Elio graduated from the Instituto Albergheriero Italiano, a prestigious Food and Beverage University. He began his career at General Mills and was recruited to open the beautiful Baccano restaurant in Belltown. Following his years at Baccano he worked for the Schwartz Brothers Restaurant in Bellevue. He has also worked as Food Service Director for Holiday Inn, The Hilton, and Timber Ridge in Issaquah. Elio strives to provide American food and service with a European accent. In his spare time, he enjoys being a gentleman farmer, tending his fruit trees, and spending time with his wife Karin and daughter Erika.

Jenna Shteyngart, Business Office Manager

Jenna joined the Overlake Terrace team after a career in recruitment for Microsoft and the US military. Jenna's duties include, but are not limited to: recruiting staff, processing HR paperwork, and working with both residents and families on billing. Jenna is well traveled, married and the proud mother of Boris.
